Right of Withdrawal — 14 Days (European Union)
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract without stating any reasons within 14 calendar days from the date you (or a third party designated by you) physically receive the product.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at remring2026@gmail.com within the 14-day period, including your order number and your intention to return the product.
- We will confirm the return instructions, including the return address.
- Send the product in its original packaging, if possible, and in a condition that allows us to confirm it has not been used beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature and function.
- You have up to 14 days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw to send the product back.
Return Shipping Costs
[TO BE CONFIRMED] — typically, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility, unless the product arrives defective, incorrect, or damaged, in which case we cover the cost. This point will be confirmed and kept up to date on this page.
Refunds
Once we receive and confirm the returned product (or proof of shipment, whichever comes first), we will refund the amount paid — including original standard shipping costs — within a maximum of 14 days, using the same payment method as the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Defective Products
If the product arrives with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
Exceptions
For hygiene reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns of personal-use products showing clear signs of extended use, except in the case of a defect.
