2. What data we collect

  • Identification and contact details you provide when ordering (name, address, email, phone).
  • Payment data, processed directly by our payment processor (Shopify Payments and/or other checkout options). We do not store your card details.
  • Browsing data on the site (cookies, IP address, device, pages visited).
  • Advertising and analytics data, collected via the TikTok Pixel, used to measure ad performance and build audiences for our TikTok Ads campaigns.

3. Why we process your data

  • To process and deliver your order, and handle payments, returns and customer support (performance of a contract).
  • To measure and improve our advertising on TikTok (legitimate interest or consent, depending on your cookie choices).
  • To comply with legal obligations (for example, accounting and tax records).

4. Who we share data with

We share data with the service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (platform and payments), shipping and fulfillment partners, and TikTok (advertising and analytics, via the TikTok Pixel). These providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, under the safeguards required by their data processing agreements with Shopify and TikTok.

5. How long we keep your data

We keep order and invoicing data for as long as required by Portuguese tax and accounting law, and other personal data for as long as needed for the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
