Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated shipping time, from dispatch to delivery, is approximately 11 to 18 days, depending on delivery location within the EU.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free for all orders within the European Union. Any applicable taxes are included and shown at checkout.

Delivery areas

We currently ship to Germany and other European Union countries. Any exceptions will be shown at checkout.

Order tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number, when made available by the supplier/carrier.

Delays

Since this product ships internationally, occasional delays may occur (for example, customs). We'll keep you informed by email in case of any significant delay beyond the estimated timeframe.
